This is yet another submission for the Bi-Weekly Stampotique challenges. The theme this go around was "Birthday", which is coincidental especially since my birthday is tomorrow (Monday 9/20).
But I'm not thrilled with this submission either. I didn't like my last one and now I don't like this one, I'm having a bad art making few weeks.
