I'm sad, today I lost one of my followers. I don't know about the rest of you, but I actually feel a certain obligation to my followers. I want to give them something worthwhile to look at and also I'm very honored in having them follow my blog. I guess whoever it was, they no longer found me interesting. I'm sorry to whoever you were, I haven't been posting as much as I should. You will be missed.

  1. Well....I hope I can make up for the missing follower as I found your blog through Sarah's Art of Moodling and now I am following...it looks like a fab place to be. Looking forward to seeing more of your creations!

  2. Oh Shannon, I was so sad to read your words. I have absented myself from a number of blogs in recent years but only because my interest in their "subject" had moved on. I'm sure they wouldn't have gone if they'd given thought to how much it would hurt you. Please don't take their absence personally, you're an absolute joy to be around.

  4. I too have absented myself from a number of blogs in recent years, based on the same reasons like Marion. Therefore don't take their absence personally :-)

  5. Sometimes I think Blogger just messes with the followers thing so when I lose one I assume that it's Bloggers problem, not mine and refuse to take it personally. LOL It seems the next day I'm back where I was so... I can't imagine ANYONE abandoning your blog on purpose! xxD

  6. Ohhhh, Shannon! I, too, feel that pang of loss whenever I loose a follower and wonder why they left. After blogging for so long, I've realized that having a blog is like having a home with an open door. Sometimes people come and stay for a while, then leave only to replaced by another visitor. Hugs, Terri xoxo
